Bitter 3.6 abv
An amber coloured beer using traditionally malted optic spring barley from the Marlborough Downs in Wiltshire. In addition golding hops are used to give a smooth delicate aroma and flavour.
Spring Barley 3.7 abv
An easy drinking session ale available in spring using are own optic and crystal malts with goldings and styrian hops for a great tasting spring ale.
Kennet Valley 4.1 abv
A characteristically light hoppy beer using mainly optic pale malt with a mixture of goldings and styrian goldings hops, which gives a distinct light bitter taste with a pleasing aroma.
Flint Knapper 4.2 abv
A blend of pale optic and chocolate malt giving that rich amber colour producing a taste with malty overones. The smooth hoppy characteristic is produced by the use of goldings hops. Flint Knapper is also available in bottles.
Gold 4.5 abv
A rich golden coloured beer produced by blending optic malt, crystal malt and a small amount of torrified wheat. Added to this are goldings and styrian golding hops which give that distinctly light hoppy aroma and taste.

German Hersbrucker hops, sweet honey and citrus flavours with has produced a well balanced strong summer ale.
